🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

Firstly, in a pan over medium high heat add your oil. Then go ahead and add part of your chopped green onion to the pan. Make sure to stir consistently.

Afterwards stir the onions for about 2 minutes. Then add the minced garlic to the pan for your Egg Roll in a Bowl. Letting your garlic sit to sauté for about half a minute.

Once your minced garlic is sautéd go ahead and add the ground pork to the pan to brown. Occasionally stir the meat mixture, breaking up any large chunks of meat as it cooks.

Then after the meat is cooked, add the shredded coleslaw, carrots, water chestnuts, ginger and soy sauce to the pan. Continue to stir the mixture until the coleslaw is wilted and cooked through. This should take about 5 minutes.

Then when the Egg Roll mixture is done remove the pan from the heat. Afterwards, add the sweet and sour sauce, cashews and remaining green onion. Give everything a good stir and serve while hot!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1½ tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 16 ounces shredded coleslaw
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup salted cashews

Instructions
